So it looks like bigotry does NOT pay!
Donald Trump's chain of Trump Hotels are high end and 'yuge,' as The Donald would say, but all those rooms are just empty space lately — because nobody is booking the hotel chain anymore!
According to travel site Hipmunk, bookings at his hotels have fallen by 59% since The Donald began his presidential campaign last year — a truly YUGE total for the man supposedly so shrewd at business!
And several of Trump's most famous hotels are individually doing far, far worse in bookings (as compared to numbers from a year ago) than the 59% grand total, too!
The Trump Soho New York has seen bookings fall 74% in the last year, with Trump's hotels in Las Vegas (-71%) have also led the way with disappointing results!
The real estate tycoon's space in Toronto (-47%), Chicago (-31%), and Atlantic City (-17%) are also taking major hits.
The only Trump Hotels property NOT to take a negative hit in bookings in the last year?
Interestingly, it's the Trump International Waikiki Beach Walk in Hawaii — where bookings are up just 4% compared to a year ago.
It's a bad time to be in business, ain't it, Donald?!
