On Friday, the eccentric actor's estranged wife was granted arestraining order against the 52-year-old after he allegedly attacked her — while supposedly inebriated and high– by smashing an iPhoneon her head, leaving her face bruised.
This new development comes only days after the blonde beauty filed for divorce from her husband of 15 months.
But as the courtroom drama was unfolding in Los Angeles, the Alice Through The Looking Glass alum was overseas in Portugal, prepping to perform with Hollywood Vampiresat the Rock In Rio Lisboa festival.
Before he, Alice Cooper, and their other bandmates take the stage later in the night, they leant a hand toStarkey Hearing Foundation, and helped an elderly woman get fitted for a hearing aid, and drummerMatt Sorum captured the moment on camera (above).
