Students at Drake (the university) in Des Moines, Iowa, have been trying for years to get Drake (the rapper) to visit their campus. Now, in a blessed twist of fate, it looks like they may be one step closer to making that dream a reality.
On Friday, Drake announced he and Future are bringing their co-headlining Summer Sixteen tour to Des Moines on Oct. 4. Drake University had the perfect response to the news, releasinga statement on its website that’s peppered with puns from the rapper’s lyrics.
